WEB COMMITMENT At GRUPO ASEGI we believe that equality of opportunity between women and men is an essential condition for building a fair and healthy working environment. That is why we work actively to guarantee equal treatment in access to employment, promotion, training and working conditions, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, sexual harassment or harassment on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. This commitment takes shape in our protocol for the prevention of and response to harassment, available to the whole workforce, and it also extends to the services we provide: all our projects and actions are carried out ensuring compliance with the regulations in force on equality. We review these measures periodically in order to keep moving towards an increasingly equal and diverse society.
