Tax planning and legal defence before the Foral Tax Authorities of Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Araba and Navarra: advance review of transactions, audits and inspections, appeals, economic-administrative claims and administrative-court proceedings.

Corporate law
Company law, sale and purchase transactions and structural modifications, insolvency proceedings, trade marks and commercial contracts, with representation before the Commercial Courts and constant coordination with the tax team.

Employment law
Advice and defence in hiring, dismissals and terminations, collective redundancy procedures, collective agreements, the Labour Inspectorate, social security, and mandatory plans and protocols, with representation before the Employment Courts.

Contracts, debt recovery and eviction proceedings, family law, succession and estate planning, and commonhold property, with representation before the Civil Courts and coordination with the group's tax team.

Economic criminal law focused on the company: prevention through compliance programmes and an internal whistleblowing channel, defence of the company and its directors, and acting as prosecutor when the company is the injured party.
